At Shop Panasonic USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Electronics

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your box over any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our facility, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
